Deana Griffiths, her husband, and their two children have called Ashburn and Loudoun County their home for the past 16 years.

She started her career in marketing and development for The New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) while working on her bachelor’s degree and Graduate Certificate in Human Resources. She also worked for University Advancement as a fundraiser and event planner.

When she relocated to VA, she embarked on a recruiting career and has worked for various companies that needed recruiting throughout the nation and globally.  In these recruiting roles, Deana’s responsibilities included mutually beneficial working partnerships among hiring managers, candidates, colleagues, internal/external clients and executives.

As an active volunteer in the community, Deana has assisted with the Heritage Girls regarding educational events and has volunteered at LCPS. Deana is also an active member of the Ashleigh Community Home Owners Association.

In her spare time, Deana enjoys historic sites, museums, hiking and traveling with her family.Deana holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Graduate Certificate in Managing Human Resources from NJIT.
