Dwayne Nelms

Bedford County Public Schools| Mr. Nelms was elected on November 2, 2021. He grew up in Bedford and is a graduate of Liberty High School. He currently works as a Traffic Engineering Technician for the City of Roanoke and also owns a Collision Repair Shop with his father. Mr. Nelms enjoys spending time traveling with his wife and daughter and working on cars in his spare time. Mr. Nelms has earned many certifications including several FEMA courses as well as completing a Leaders of Distinction course from Virginia Tech in 2019. |
