Bedford County Public SchoolsMrs. Kirby was elected on November 3, 2015. She is a Bedford native and a graduate of Liberty High School. Mrs. Kirby attended Ferrum College and earned a paralegal degree from Dominion Business College. She also serves on the Board of the Bedford Central Recreation Association, is a member of Bedford Professional Women, and teaches Sunday school. She is married and is the proud mother of two children enrolled in Bedford County Public Schools.
